Get dressed: start small and progress to tying shoes
Toileting: from diapers, to help using the toilet (transfers and wiping), to standing up
Kitchen: Set table, meal prep, help cook, load dishwasher . .
Household Tasks: Fold laundry, dust, vacuum, etc.
Assist with Errands: shopping, bank, post office, library . . .
Outdoor Chores: Plant garden, weed, mow, rake, shovel . . .
